Nollywood actor and director now turned politician Desmond Elliot has received his Certificate of Return today, April 29, 2015.
He was given the certificate today after successfully running for a seat in the state House of Assembly. He and other winners were awarded their certificates.
Desmond Elliott ran under the All Progressives Congress platform.
The Nollywood star said he would make laws that will help the entertainment industry in Nigeria.
